Delivery & lead times
Everything sold on this site is a service delivered electronically. Nothing is shipped, and there are no delivery charges.
1. How delivery happens
Sessions are held by video conference or telephone, or on site in Paris where the engagement says so. Written deliverables are sent to the email address given on the order, as a PDF and — where the document is meant to be edited, such as a role definition or scorecard — an editable file alongside it. Access is immediate on sending; nothing is posted.
2. Lead times per engagement
| Engagement | Format | Written deliverable |
|---|---|---|
| Diagnostic Session | 90 minutes + written summary | 3 business days |
| Hiring Strategy Sprint | Two sessions across one week | 5 business days |
| Organisation & HR Advisory | Two sessions across one week | 5 business days |
| Transformation Programme | Four weeks | 4 weeks, milestones weekly |
| Monthly Advisory Retainer | Rolling month, cancel any time | Same week |
Lead times run from the working session, in business days, and assume the preparation questionnaire came back at least 24 hours beforehand. The Rush written delivery add-on shortens them to 48 hours.
3. Scheduling
Within one business day of the order we propose session times, taking into account any preference you gave on the order form. Sessions are normally available within five business days of the order, and inside 48 hours for retainer clients.
4. Where we deliver
Remote engagements are delivered anywhere in the European Union and in the United Kingdom and Switzerland, in English or French. On-site work is included in Paris for the workshop day; travel outside Île-de-France is quoted before the order and never charged without written agreement.
5. If a deadline slips
If we are going to miss a published lead time we tell you before it expires and give a new date. If the new date does not work for you, the engagement is cancelled and refunded in full. Delays caused by material we are waiting on from you extend the lead time by the same number of days.
6. Proof of delivery
The delivery email, timestamped and sent to the address on the order, serves as proof of delivery. Copies of your deliverables can be re-sent on request for three years after the engagement.
